3. Purchases
Shipkit offers a free tier and a one-time purchase for perpetual access. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Taxes may apply based on your location.
4. License
ShipKit is sold under a personal commercial license. It allows the individual purchaser to use the software in unlimited personal or commercial projects they own and control, including multiple products. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the source code. Each collaborator must hold their own valid license.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access systems without authorization, disrupting service integrity, or violating applicable laws.
6. Intellectual property
Shipkit and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, shipkit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
